🔄 Easy Returns (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product should be unused and in its original condition
- The product should be in its original packaging
- You should have proof of purchase (order details)
📦 Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
We’re really sorry if that happens.
If your order is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details
- A few clear photos
Replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days post approval of the request, and the received products.
💰 How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned product and check it:
- We’ll let you know the update
- If approved, your refund will be processed
⏱️ When Will You Get Your Money?
Refunds are usually processed and completed within 5-7 days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If there was an issue from our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll help you with the process
- In other cases, return shipping may need to be arranged by the customer
